‘Gonda is Emerging as a New Symbol of Development and Investment,’ Says Chief Minister
Gonda: In a major push for regional development, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister on Saturday inaugurated and laid the foundation stones for 262 development projects worth ₹516 crore in Gonda district. He also noted that thousands of young people across Uttar Pradesh are securing employment opportunities. Referring to the recent recruitment of nearly 60,000 police constables in Uttar Pradesh Police, he said that many youths from Gonda, Bahraich, and Balrampur had successfully joined the force, reflecting the government’s commitment to transparent and merit-based recruitment.
